LLUSCBA honors Mr. Hector Zuazua, September 2, 2009, with a Retirement Recognition at the Customs Meeting. Mr. Zuazua served as the Director of Investigation Branch for the Food & Drug Administration. He will be retiring in September after 35 years of service.
