At the request of the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association
our By-Laws have been structured to model their format
but have been modified to conform to the conditions encountered locally.

The By-Laws along with the Robert Rules of Order
are intended to control the functioning of our Association.

The Nominating Committee strives to present to the membership nominees
both highly qualified to serve as Officers and Board Members
and ensure they are committed and willing to serve to the best of their ability.
